While we do not accept returned items, we do have a 10-day Satisfaction Guaranteed exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for store credit. Shipping fee is not included in exchange and your new order or replacement item will be charged an additional shipping fee.
To be eligible for an exchange of your item and receive store credit, you’ll need to provide the reason for exchange, and the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll email you instructions on how to receive credit. Items sent back to us will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item(s) are defective, damaged, have the wrong specifications, you receive the wrong item, order is incorrect, or if you are unhappy with the product(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we CANNOT accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We do not offer a refund of orders only exchanges for store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your order to process and commence the exchange. We extend a 10 day Satisfaction Guaranteed exchange for all orders purchased on Mari B Cosmetics website only. If you have received an order initiated by other vendors you must contact that merchant and comply with their policies in order to begin any exchanges or returns.
